Sunny Graves is the current solo project of Barcelona based electronic musician, dj and producer Simon Williams. Drinking from such apparently disparate fountains of influence as are drone music, techno, noise, electronica, folk music, ambient, hip-hop, free jazz or minimalism, Sunny Graves attempts to channel and generate an inherent and relevant sound, in which layers of synthesizers and samples collide and breathe with pulsating beats, and where bass frequencies, dense soundscapes and saturation envelop cyclical and mutating melodies.
